1) Create the folder structure: C:\Z\103HtmlForm
2) Create the index.html file in the folder C:\Z\103HtmlForm
3) Type the following codes into index.html file:

4) Open the index.html file using Chrome. (file:///C:/Z/103HtmlForm/index.html)
5) Summary:
a) <form> allows user to give input values to computer for processing.
b) <input type="text".../> is used to get text or numbers.
c) <input type="button .../> is used to get Click input.
